The regional colo and cloud provider ViaWest is doubling down on its infrastructure in Colorado. They have announced a new 210,000 square facility to be ready for business in the first quarter of 2014.
The new Compark facility will feature some 140,000 square feet of raised floor space and will be located in the Denver Tech Center. That is 2,000 more than their current 4-facility Colorado footprint has, according to the company’s website.
Viawest operates on dual tracks of carrier neutral colo and enterprise-focused cloud and managed services. They are also building out colo space in Minneapolis, and earlier this year opened a big new facility in the Las Vegas area at Lone Mountain.
