11:11 Makes Two More Inorganic Moves

May 17th, 2022 by · Leave a Comment

Following its formation last year, 11:11 Systems has been busy acquiring assets to assemble into a broader managed services business. This week the company closed on two additional purchases of certain assets and customers from some familiar names.

11:11 has purchased ‘certain managed service and cloud infrastructure assets’ from Unitas Global. The assets include both customer contracts and cloud infrastructure that add scope and muscle to the company’s cloud services business.

Meanwhile, the company acquired ‘certain connectivity assets and customer contracts’ from Cleareon Fiber Networks. The customers in this case are wholesale carriers. The details of the connectivity assets weren’t specified, but Cleareon operates the Ethernet and dark fiber assets of Pangaea in the NYC/NJ metro area.

11:11 bought iLand over the winter and Green Cloud Defense before that. The company is backed by Tiger Infrastructure Partners.
