Some consolidation activity landed this morning in the cloud space. Unitas Global has announced the acquisition of Solinea.
Solinea helps enterprises figure out how to move their IT infrastructure into the cloud. They bring to the table expertise in multi-cloud design and implementation, container and microservices enablement, managed DevOps-as-a-Service, CI/CD pipeline tooling and management, and application migration.
Unitas Global will be using those capabilities to better bring its own hybrid and private cloud services to market. Financial terms were not disclosed.
