We have two new job listings to look at over on the Ramblings’ Jobs Board this December weekend, with seven active in all now.
Viawest is looking for a Product Management Director and a Director: Demand Generation. The supra-regional colo, cloud, and IT solutions provider became a part of the Shaw Communications family last year, but has continued to drive forward with as much enthusiasm as before the acquisition.
Meanwhile, FirstLight Fiber is looking for a Field Technician, a Network Engineer – Transport, and a Customer Project Manager up in the upper northeastern part of the US. FirstLight has been hiring steadily, and much of the time it’s been for more hands capable of hooking up customers, which can’t be a bad thing for growth.
Cross River Fiber, on the other hand, is still looking to add some new talent to its management team. They have renewed their listing for a Vice President of Operations who would be responsible for managing and operating the company’s asset base and would report directly to the CEO.
Windstream is still looking for Senior Consultant – Marketing Communications to help spread the word for its Carrier Solutions organization. Windstream has spent the last few quarters lighting superchannels via Infinera gear across its footprint, and has been putting more resources into the wholesale market.
