Last year XO, FiberLight, and tw telecom headed the list. But it was #5 DukeNet and #7 Inteliquent that actually saw the action. Note that to be on this list requires either a fiber or a xLEC business with substantial wholesale or enterprise business focus that has known or estimated revenues of at least $100M or so. I may have missed a few (yes it does happen!), just let me know and I’ll correct it.
